A relaxing soak in a hot tub is all I want after a day spent on my feet. Here's a recipe for a relaxing evening -- also great as a gift!
Milk & Roses Foot Soak:
1 cups epsom salt
1/2 cup powdered goat milk
1/4 cup baking soda
15-30 drops essential oil (I used rose geranium for a rosy scent)
1/2 cup pink (Himalayan) salt
1 cup dried rose petals
Mix your ingredients together and place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. For a foot soak, add 3 tablespoons to a 5 gallon bucket half filled with warm water. For a bath, add 1 cup mixture to a full bath of warm water.
